LA GUAIRA - VARGAS/Cabello: To date, 240,000 streets are constituted throughout the national territory

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, specified that to date 240,000 streets are constituted throughout the national territory, “today, at this time”.

In this regard, he specified that “it is recorded that meetings were held, we came from 274 thousand, then it was reduced to 264 thousand. This process has to help us put our feet on the ground.”

“So we can say that there are not 20 but that they are 18 (streets). It's better to have 18 lists than 20 on a piece of paper. What happens is that where there are buildings it is difficult to define the street,” he explained from the state of La Guaira, where he was sworn in by the Bolivarian Integral Base Committees (CBBI).

He stressed that the Bolivarian Revolution will be stronger as long as the Venezuelan people hold power, “this cannot be a slogan, it has to be a reality, a truth.”

He also pointed out that right now “we are making progress to consolidate and sincerely and to be able to say that we have 240,000 streets, which are 240,000 units of fighters for peace and revolution for girls and boys.”
