LA GUAIRA - VARGAS/Robert Leiva: The CBBI will be coordinated by a collective to defend our Homeland

Community leader Robert Leiva stressed that the Bolivarian Integral Base Committees (CBBI) will be coordinated by a collective “in which we will be committed to defending our Homeland.”

“In the organization there is victory. We elected nine comrades in assemblies of more than 30 people, and we are willing to give our lives if necessary, because it is necessary to defeat and tell the fascists that they will not pass through La Guaira,” he said.

This was stated during the swearing in of the entity's Bolivarian Integral Base Committees (CBBI), led by the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón.

For her part, the head of Calle, Iraima Martínez, said that the people of Catia La Mar are defending their territory, “in defense of that feeling left to us by Commander Hugo Chávez and that our president, Nicolás Maduro, is fighting with this opposition that wants to destroy our achievements.”
