Mayor Carmen Meléndez started Operation Caracas Smile

The mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, led the activation of Operation Caracas Smile, in compliance with the guidelines issued by President Nicolás Maduro to govern from the communities.

From El Valle, Melendez explained that a survey of the concrete agenda of action was carried out together with the leaders to provide solutions to the population.

In this regard, he specified that different institutions are dedicated to providing care in different matters such as public services, infrastructure, health, social care, culture, among others.

He also indicated that the Bolivarian Government reiterates its commitment to provide welfare to the people and to remain deployed on the street to listen to Venezuelans.
