More than 214 thousand residents of Tachirense benefited with improvements in electrical circuits

With the objective of strengthening the energy supply in the state of Táchira, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) carried out vegetation control in distribution networks, directly benefiting more than 214 thousand families.

Preventive weeding consisted of the selective cutting of branches and trees located near the power line, which made it possible to improve the operation of the El Nula, La Pedrera and Concordia II circuits.

These tasks, according to a press release from CORPOELEC, strengthen the conditions of the distribution system that feeds the communities of Barrio Obrero, Pasaje Acueducto, Unidad Vecinal, Iglesia El Ángel, La Pedrera, sectors K27 and K10, located in the municipalities of Libertador and San Cristóbal.
