President Maduro activates Q5 and provides resources to projects elected in the first Popular Consultation 2025

This Wednesday, February 5, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, led the act of activating Q5 of the Plan of the 7 Transformations and provided resources to the projects elected in the first National Popular Consultation 2025.

In the activity, which takes place in the Ayacucho Hall of the Miraflores Palace, the head of state, stressed that Q5 is about the great political revolution, “democratizing, and if we talk about democratizing a country, we have to talk about empowering ordinary men and women, who as a social being are grouped together and becoming a collective, a people, a force”.

“When we talk about empowering the People, we talk about giving them all the political, social, educational, cultural, organizational power and also the economic power, the budget, the resources of the nation directly,” he stressed.

He emphasized that “that is the great essence of the 5th revolution that we are activating today”
