President Maduro: Let's build a comprehensive methodology for the new regenerative agriculture

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reaffirmed his commitment to regenerative agriculture, urging the construction of a comprehensive methodology based on the scientific-peasant alliance.

Through a video published on his Telegram channel, he stressed that the support of science will improve yields and guarantee the production of quality agroecological food for the Venezuelan people.

“Let's build a comprehensive methodology for the new regenerative agriculture. In this way, and with the support of science, we will produce quality agrological food for our people and, in the future,” he said.

Maduro emphasized that humanity must rectify its approach to land cultivation, from soil preparation and seed selection to crop protection and improvement. He stressed that the objective is to guarantee healthy food for the population and, in the future, to export high-standard agroecological products.
