President Maduro: There is no regime here, we are millions of ordinary citizens determined to be free

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stressed, through his Telegram channel, that in Venezuela there is no regime, but millions of citizens committed to freedom and social transformation.

“There is no regime here; it's not Chávez or Maduro, we are millions of ordinary citizens determined to be free. We will never be slaves or colonies, because we are building a new socialist and humanist society. We are one!” , said the head of state.

Maduro stressed that the only path is the power of the people, not the power of the elites, reaffirming that his government is an instrument for the people and works with them to consolidate a model based on the ideals of Jesus Christ, Simon Bolivar and Commander Hugo Chávez.

The president also referred to attempts to delegitimize the revolutionary process, rejecting the accusations and highlighting the will of citizens to build a free and sovereign country.

“There is no regime here, they are ordinary men and women, millions of men and women determined to be free, to build a new socialist and humanist society based on the path of Bolivar and Chávez,” he said.
