The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, assured that the Bolivarian Government activates measures and actions based on a scientific agenda, which is aimed at building National Power.

“We work on an agenda that corresponds to the construction of National Power, because the power of a nation has to be built conscientiously, in our Bolivarian, independence Doctrine,” he emphasized.

He argued that the objective is for Venezuela to have powerful and proper bases of development, of existence; and not to depend on anyone. “We are at the most advanced point of growth of national power,” he stressed.

This was stated in the Presidential Week segment of his Con Maduro+ program, in the 97th edition, in which he showed the set of documents he uses to plan the agenda of weekly policies and actions, “this is our scientific agenda.”

In this sense, he showed the Homeland Plan, drafted by Commander Hugo Chávez; the Homeland Plan of the Seven Transformations (7T), which appears as the Law of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, which corresponds to the construction of National Power.

In addition, the head of state, commenting on last week's activities, mentioned the enactment of the Command Act for the Integral Defense of the Nation, previously approved by the National Assembly (AN).

He also highlighted the “Meeting of Jurists in Defense of International Law”, held in Caracas from November 13 to 14, at which jurists from 36 countries signed a conclusive document containing all the papers and proposals heard, which demand that the United States cease military operations deployed in the Caribbean Sea.
