Public Ministry charged and imprisoned subject for committing femicide in Guárico

The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saaba, announced this Friday that he was charged and imprisoned by the Public Ministry (MP), a subject accused of committing femicide in the city of Calabozo, Guárico state.

Through a message on the social network Instagram, Saab specified that Rafael Albisinni Serrano was inside his vehicle handling a firearm hitting Daniela Hernández, causing her immediate death as a result of severe traumatic brain injury.

Saab noted that the expertise verified the femicide committed by Albisinni, accused, imprisoned and accused of homicide and illegal carrying of a firearm.
