With the rehabilitation of roofs, façade repair, internal and service areas, in addition to the installation of electrical and air conditioning systems, restoration of the main room, armchairs and provision of sound equipment, painting and final finishes, the rescue of the Las Tejerías Cinema Theater in Aragua began.
The recovery of the infrastructure is part of a project carried out jointly between the regional government and the mayor's office of the Santos Michelena municipality, whose purpose is to promote the cultural and artistic development of that town, guaranteeing its conservation and comprehensive revitalization.
Mayor Regulo La Cruz commented that the start of the play is framed in the National Theater Day, which is celebrated this Thursday, November 13, and stressed that its execution is possible thanks to the work of a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
“We form a high-level multidisciplinary team, made up of architects, engineers and specialized workers, who will be responsible for restoring every detail of the theater, to deliver it completely renovated to our people,” he said, quoted in a press release.
