Ricardo Menéndez: The attacks that imperialism has made against Venezuela are to dissolve the Republic

Ricardo Menéndez, a member of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), assured that the attacks that imperialism has carried out against Venezuela are not to remove the government, they are not only against President Nicolás Maduro, mayors or governors, the attacks that have been carried out are to dissolve the Republic, so that we do not exist as a nation.

During the Extraordinary Plenary of the V Congress of the PSUV and IV of the JPSUV, Menéndez emphasized that imperialism with a political sector seeks to forge a crisis, so that we are not a nation, that we are not a republic, “that is not only an act of tradition from the point of view of Fatherland , but rather it is a challenge from the point of view of the historical moment”.

Menéndez stated that they have sought different ways to attack and destroy the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. “In 2014 there was a civil war, in 2015 the conditions for an intervention from an international point of view were forged, in 2017 the famous Obama decree and since then they have not stopped in the bus that remains of fracturing the Republic.”

In this regard, he insisted that revolutionaries must be clear about their objectives, who is the enemy, the adversary, is or is a crucial element from the point of view of defending the Bolivarian Revolution.

He stressed that the olivarian R evolution B is constantly solving each of the crises and difficulties that have been generated as a result of these attacks.

He also asserted that July 28, 2024 is a very important date because it is the claim of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in the historic construction. “ Loyalty and unity won out. That is why the conclusion of this congress must be the unity of all because of the qualitative leap of the Venezuelan revolution,” he said.
