San Antonio Borjas Romero de Maracaibo launches Socialist Mission Base

More than 2,000 families from the San Antonio sector of the Antonio Borjas Romero parish of Maracaibo will benefit from the Indigenous Socialist Mission Base, according to information published on the web portal of a well-known national newspaper.
According to the publication, the inauguration was led by the president of the Corporation for the Development of the Zulian Region (CORPOZULIA), Néstor Luis Reverol, who noted that “this mission base will provide comprehensive education and health care to vulnerable families; in addition, it has a Food House for 200 daily diners”.
During the inauguration, a 1×10 parish sweep of Good Governance was organized to meet the requirements of citizens in the area of public services, which included the installation of 20 transformers and 300 LED luminaires, the repair of drinking water leaks and the uncovering of collectors, as well as the optimization of telephone service to users.
Specifically, 595 human aids and 328 kits of medicines and medical supplies, such as wheelchairs, canes, crutches, glucometers and blood pressure monitors, were delivered. “In addition, 328 cases were treated for surgical evaluations and 77 for specialized studies,” he added.
