TRUJILLO - VALERA/Gerardo Márquez: Here we are preparing for the comprehensive defense of the nation

The governor of the state of Trujillo, Gerardo Márquez, highlighted the importance of the new basic organization mechanism of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) to guarantee the defense of the Homeland against any imperialist aggression.

“Today we are in the swearing in of all those who were elected in these 7,049 assemblies and the Trujillo state is always at the forefront of the Revolution and as we say: we are a country of peace, we are a Revolution with a policy of peace, but well here we are preparing for the comprehensive defense of the nation,” he emphasized.

He highlighted the capacity of the Trujillo people to carry out this process of reorganizing the socialist awning.

“Trujillo, of course, is always in the first place. We delivered all the minutes as requested by the game,” he said.
